On September 24, 2024, the Kampong Chhnang Provincial Health Office, in collaboration with the VA Organization and a team from the National University of Singapore (NUS) College Impact Experience, conducted its first training course for midwives and doctors in Kampong Chhnang province on using a new web-based system for recording maternal and fetal health data.
This initiative aims to improve the quality and accuracy of maternal health monitoring before, during, and after childbirth, especially in rural areas, by equipping healthcare providers with digital skills and better tools. The program builds on previous collaborations with NUS and is expected to enhance healthcare outcomes for pregnant women and their babies through more systematic and accessible health information management.

Their hands-on experience highlights the rapid growth and innovation in Vietnam’s culinary industry, driven by passionate local chefs and entrepreneurs. The visit also underscores how places like Saigon Social foster meaningful cultural connections and amplify the voices of Vietnamese producers. Overall, the experience offers a deeper appreciation for Vietnam’s evolving food culture and its place on the international stage.
