Our group is aiming to address the issue regarding the lack of resources centering pregnant mothers' mental, social and physical wellbeing throughout their pregnancy journey, especially in Singapore. The purpose is to collaborate with organizations, experts and pregnant women themselves to create a reference book that privileges and focuses on the well-being of the would-be mothers.ÂProject Country: Singapore

SUNRISE
Our group has chosen to address the maternal health issues of Rohingya women in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In particular, we have decided to focus on the nutrition, exercise habits and mental health of the Rohingya women. The beneficiaries of our project are the Rohingya refugees in KL. These refugees are a stateless Muslim minority from Myanmar who have fled decades of persecution and displacement. In particular, we are hoping to partner with adult Rohingya women as well as pregnant women in need of care. Our project proposes to collaborate with a key community partner: Rohingya Women Development Network (RWDN), while maintaining referral links with Klinik Amal Muhajir.Project Country: Malaysia
