Project LADDY strives to provide a digitalised solution to optimise group formation. Our product is an algorithm which proposes compatible group members and matches based on the traits, personalities and preferences of the pool of individuals. We have worked primarily with university colleges to assist both professors and students with project group formation, and we hope to expand our solution to work companies.
