Sustainability and Community Impact in the Fashion and Retail Industry

Ready to drive real change in fashion? The textile industry has a significant environmental footprint and is among the most polluting. In this NUS College IEx, you’ll partner with the Asian HQ of a major global brand (disclosed upon selection) to tackle sustainability and circular-economy challenges, perfect for your portfolio and career! Work with industry professionals to develop pilot-ready solutions for uniforms’ end-of-life, beauty product recycling/upcycling, furniture reuse, and reducing single-use plastics through baseline studies and action plans. Deliverables: problem brief, findings, prototype or pilot plan, and presentation to senior management. Apply to join an interdisciplinary team, build your network, and create impact!
